Yash:Setting our house in order, I agree should be a given. However, Ponting remarks suggests that the Australians have not learnt a lesson and are going to continue on their old sledging ways as if nothing had happened.

It sounds logical....First we should keep our own house in order..Then  we should take suitable measures to  face Austalian mischieves.......yash

Akber: I did not recommend anywhere that we go easy on Harbhajan: i was talking of an entirely different matter, which is more harmful to cricket than Harbhajan's offence, which could be solved by banning him for a few games and if he does not improve to ban him for good. The aussie campaign to destroy the confidence of a team is planned and coordinated all through Australia with possible exception to honorable people like Roebuck who pointed out how  badly the Aussie's were behaving.  Sri Lanka has felt it, India has felt it and Pakistan has felt it. They are a bunch of bullies and they take pride on their role as bullies.

Shri Girdhar Gopal Ji,

With all due respect Bhajji offence was unprovoked, rule, criminal, and worst in any form of sports arena.

As a former cricketer/pace bowler, I believe that it was a top level offence in sports which cannot attract any pardon, also this is not the first time he was seen behaving offensively. I think no pardon should be granted to Bhajji.!!!!

Cricket Australia or Australia Inc., prepare very carefully to  destroy the confidence of visiting teams by a planned  campaign which is joined by Manager, players, press and cricket Australia itself. They start with pejorative remarksarticles, and go down into the gutter with savage sledging. Past masters have been  McGrath,Ponting et al. The worst of this bad lot is Andy Symonds: who from his height and size appears to threaten opposing players. At the top of it they appeal at every juncture threatening umpires. They also generally only get Anglo umpires or cooperative West Indians when they get Asian teams to Australia. I do not know how they do it, because the decision to place umpires is with the ICC.

Girdhar Gopal,

Well its seems to me that we will be seeing so much of such bad behaviors.

Reason: The concept of sports entertainment is being redefined by crazy honchos of films and TV.
